1. Roomba iRobot i3+ from iRobot EVO
The iRobot Roomba i3+ is an excellent robot vacuum that comes with several smart features that make it easier to maintain. The automatic bin emptying feature is one of the best features we've ever encountered in a robotic vacuum. It works well on carpets and hard floors. It's also simple to set up and use, with the app guiding you through the process step-by-step. Its ability to resumptuate the same place it left off during our tests is a great feature. It could do this for 77 minutes in one cleaning before the battery died.
In contrast to other robovacs we've tested, the i3+ EVO comes with self-emptying bins that dump debris into an external dirt compartment on its charging base when it's full. The i3+ EVO can be kept from overfilling thanks to a self-emptying container. However, it must still be manually emptied at the end of each cleaning session. The i3+ EVO dust bin can hold 2.4L that is enough to last through four to five cleaning sessions.
Like the i7model, this model is equipped with state-of-the-art floor sensors to create maps and navigate neat rows. However, the i3+ EVO only stores one map, whereas the i7 is able to store multiple maps. The i7 is also able to utilize its map to create no-go zones as well as virtual barriers, but the i3+ EVO is not able to do this.

It also does well on carpets, and earns the highest score on our tests on navigation. The only issue is that it's louder than other models and doesn't perform as well in our satisfaction of the owner and predicted reliability tests.
The Q5 Pro comes with a large dust bin that is 770ml. This means you won't have to empty it as frequently as other 2-in-1 robots. Its 240-minute runtime is quite generous in comparison to other robots we've tried. When the battery is low it goes back to its dock and recharges, before starting cleaning where it left off. You can manage the Q5 Pro using the app or voice commands using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
This is the first robot we've seen that has 3D mapping. That, combined with some other advancements, allows it to do exceptionally well during our mopping and vacuuming tests. It is possible to schedule cleanings and set up no-go zones. You can also check the status of your battery. The app is simple to use, but it doesn't support Apple HomeKit. This feature is scheduled to be added in 2025. As of November 1, Apple has updated a footnote on its website to reflect that the feature will be delayed until 2025. Some other robots won't work with HomeKit however, a lot of them are compatible with Siri Shortcuts.

The Tapo RV30 Plus TP-Link robot vacuum cleaner is a great option if you're searching for a machine that can mop as well and is reasonably priced. It has a stylish design and a lot of amazing features for the price. It can be controlled using the buttons on the device through the app or even using voice commands. And the well-designed base station nearly completely automates the cleaning process. It also provides impressive navigation and obstacle avoidance.
This model uses an internal dToF LiDAR sensor to map out your home and design efficient cleaning routes. The iMop was rated highly for its navigation and coverage. It also did a great job avoiding obstacles like furniture. It's also able to find its way back to the base station, which is a great benefit in the event it runs out of battery during cleaning.
The spot cleaning mode allows you to clean a particular area of your floor. It can also be manually programmed to follow a certain path. This is ideal for narrow hallways or stairs. It did a decent job of cleaning carpets in our carpet cleaning review however, it had trouble with thicker pile carpets and rug. It is also possible to set it to automatically lift the mop pad whenever it comes into contact with carpet, which is a wonderful feature to not mop your carpets.
The iMop has an onboard dust bin as well as a water tank which it is filled and refilled at the end of each cleaning session.
